Your celebration has exclusive use of the property during your contracted time, giving you room to enjoy the ceremony location and surrounding areas.

We provide white padded folding chairs for ceremonies. Willowbrook also has no food and beverage minimums or guest count minimums, allowing couples to plan based on their guest list.

A Waterfall ceremony is part of the larger Willowbrook property. Our grounds include gardens, woods, pond, courtyard, pavilion, fields, the Waterfall, and access to the back forty for photos. Our team can share favorite photo locations during your visit. Golf cart support is available for photo locations on request. Couples can use different areas of the property for portraits and wedding party photos while keeping the ceremony centered around the Waterfall.

Outdoor ceremonies require planning for changing conditions. Willowbrook offers two weather backup options, an indoor option under the roof and the Willowbrook Pavilion. Understand What Comes With Your Venue and What You Arrange Separately
Our on site team is present throughout your event. Willowbrook does not provide wedding coordination services, so couples arrange coordination separately. We provide a preferred caterer list for food service. Approved bartenders are required under Delaware alcohol regulations. A caterer without an off premise liquor license must use one of our preferred bartenders. A caterer with an off-premise liquor license must provide both food and alcohol service.
Couples can select other vendors without venue approval. Specialty vendors require approval from Willowbrook. Linens and tableware are not provided. Knowing these details helps you understand which services come from the venue and which items you will arrange with outside professionals.
