Its layout also gives you something very different from the pond, woods, waterfall, Pavilion, or indoor Hall.
Seven ceremony locations are available at Willowbrook. Choices include Willowbrook Hall, Courtyard, Pond, Waterfall for micro ceremonies, Woods, Pavilion, and Walk in the Park. Willowbrook Woods features an aged stone wall with a natural wooded backdrop. Walk in the Park offers another distinct look with hand-done black iron doors. A bride can enter through those doors before walking into the ceremony space.

Bistro lights give the Courtyard its most recognizable feature. As daylight changes, the overhead lights become a stronger part of the setting. Outdoor ceremonies work best when a clear backup plan is already in place. Willowbrook provides two weather backup ceremony options, including an indoor area under roof and the Willowbrook Pavilion. Our climate-controlled reception hall can accommodate up to 250 guests. The Pavilion can also host outdoor receptions for up to 150 guests.
Knowing these spaces in advance can make planning easier when you are comparing ceremony locations. Only one event takes place at our venue each day. Couples can use the property without another wedding taking place at the same time.
What Is Available for Your Ceremony and Reception
Furniture is already available for both ceremony and reception use. Ceremonies can use up to 250 white padded folding chairs. Reception furniture includes 250 black Chiavari chairs with cushions, 30 five-foot round tables, four eight-foot farmhouse tables, five eight-foot rectangle tables, 10 six foot rectangles, 10 high-top cocktail tables, one half-round five-foot table, a cake table, and a dessert table.
We also have three dance floor color options in different sizes, a permanent bar, three bar tables with linens, dimmable lighting, large wheelchair accessible restrooms, and a lighted parking lot for approximately 150 cars. Willowbrook does not have kitchen facilities, so catering should be arranged as part of your vendor planning. We provide a preferred caterer list. A caterer with an off-premises liquor license must provide both food and alcohol.

What One Event Per Day Means for You
We host one event per day. Our team remains on site throughout the event. Staff also handles standard cleanup and trash removal. Personal items must leave the venue by the contracted leave time. Venue access begins at the start time listed in your contract, and all deliveries and pickups must happen during the contracted rental period.
Friday and Saturday music ends at 10 PM, with the venue cleared by 10:30 PM. Sunday music ends at 9 PM, with the venue cleared by 9:30 PM. Knowing these times early helps couples and vendors plan the evening around the venue schedule.
