Begin at Willowbrook's Walk in the Park
Willowbrook's Walk in the Park is one of our ceremony locations. Hand-made black iron doors are the main feature of this setting, giving the bride a defined entrance before the ceremony begins. Couples can also use this area for wedding photos.
One of our reference photos shows a bride and groom near the doors as the sun sets behind them. Moments like this show how the entrance can become part of your wedding photos as well as your ceremony.
Explore All Ceremony Locations
Seven ceremony locations are available across Willowbrook. Willowbrook Hall offers an indoor option. Willowbrook Courtyard is a large concrete patio under bistro lights. Willowbrook Pond gives couples a ceremony setting near the pond, while Willowbrook Waterfall is available for micro ceremonies.
Willowbrook Woods includes an aged stone wall with a natural wooded backdrop. Willowbrook Pavilion offers another outdoor option and can also serve as a weather backup. Willowbrook's Walk in the Park completes the list with its entrance through the black iron doors. Several choices on one property make it easier to compare each setting and choose the one that fits your plans.
Plan for Changes in Weather
Outdoor ceremonies can be affected by changing weather, so having another option matters. Willowbrook offers two weather backup choices. Your ceremony can move indoors under a roof or take place in Willowbrook Pavilion. Our reception hall is also climate-controlled. Having these choices available on the property can make planning an outdoor ceremony more practical.
Choose a Reception Space for Your Guest Count
Willowbrook can host up to 250 guests, including the wedding party. Willowbrook Hall can also accommodate receptions of up to 250 guests. Willowbrook Pavilion can host an outdoor reception for up to 150 guests. Reception furniture includes 250 black Chiavari chairs with cushions, 30 round tables, four farmhouse tables, five 8 ft rectangle tables, 10 6 ft rectangles, 10 high-top cocktail tables, a half-round table, a cake table, and a dessert table.
Three dance floor color options are available, with sizes varying by setup. Dimmable lighting is included throughout the venue. A permanent bar and three bar tables with linens are also available. General linens and tableware are not provided, so couples should plan for those items separately.
Get Ready in Dedicated Spaces
Couples have separate spaces available before the ceremony begins. Our Bridal Suite includes six hair and makeup stations with professional lighting, a private bathroom, a large lounge, a separate dressing area, and a private back staircase. Our Groom's Room includes a lounge, pool table, flat screen TV, and full bathroom just steps away. Separate spaces give both sides of the wedding party a place to prepare before moving into the ceremony.
Use Different Areas for Wedding Photos
Wedding portraits do not need to stay in one part of the property. Across approximately 20 acres, couples can use the gardens, woods, pond, fields, waterfall, and back forty for photos. Walk in the Park adds the black iron doors as another option.
Golf cart support for photo locations is available on request. During a tour, you can also ask our team about favorite areas for photos around the property. A bride and groom photo near the Walk in the Park doors at sunset is one example of how this newer area can be used.
